Dr. Subhash Jangid

Dr Subhash Jangid is a Senior Director & Unit Head of Orthopaedics at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon. He has over 20 years of experience in orthopaedic surgeries, including knee, hip and shoulder joint replacement and ligament reconstruction. He has served as faculty in arthroplasty, joint replacement, and sports injuries in both India and abroad, and has also served as faculty for AO trauma courses. Dr Jangid specialises in complex acetabular and pelvic trauma. He was the first surgeon in India to introduce NAV 3 computer navigation for knee replacement surgery, a minimally invasive technique that provides faster recovery and longer-lasting results. He is among the world’s most experienced surgeons in this technique. Additionally, he is skilled in partial knee replacement surgery for patients with advanced osteoarthritis, where the disease is limited to one compartment of the knee. With over 20,000 successful surgeries, Dr Jangid is also actively involved in research and academics, collaborating with multinational surgical companies and academic institutions.
